1973-76 General Motors - VIR Upgrade/Eliminator Kit
Since VIR's cannot be calibrated for the newer 134a, this is the recommended route to take.
This valve converts the the system over the new cycling-orifice system that GM went to in 1977 and has been using ever since.
This does not require cutting or modification of the original factory hoses.
