We do what we can to keep our pricing structure as consistent as possible, but prices will occasionally vary. 
This is due to the highly fluctuating costs associated in purchasing, receiving and/or restoring the parts we
make available, as well as the condition of such parts.

Pay me securely with any major credit card through PayPal!

WE ACCEPT PAYPAL OR YOU CAN PAY WITH ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARDS THROUGH PAYPAL. 

YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT IN ORDER TO PAY WITH A CREDIT CARD THROUGH PAYPAL!

TWO WAYS TO PAY WITH PAYPAL

1 - NO PAYPAL ACCOUNT - We email a PayPal invoice to the email address of your choosing and you provide your credit card information to directly to PayPal to make payment.  The Part Guy DOES NOT accept credit card information directly.

 1 - PAYPAL ACCOUNT - We email a PayPal invoice to the email address you use with your PayPal account and you log into your account and click through to complete payment. 

WE ALSO ACCEPT CASH and United State Postal Money Orders (Purchased from a USPS Post Office ONLY!)


RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns and rarely exchange products.

SHIPPING - DOMESTIC

Domestic shipments are handled by USPS & FedEx Ground, insured.
WE WILL ALWAYS COMBINE SHIPMENTS IF IT'S POSSIBLE TO DO SO SAFELY!!!


SHIPPING - INTERNATIONAL

International shipments are handled by USPS (for most smaller items) and UPS (for larger items.), insured.
All customers and/or border fees and/or shipper fees are the customer's
responsibility.
WE WILL ALWAYS COMBINE SHIPMENTS IF IT'S POSSIBLE TO DO SO SAFELY!!!


DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

REST ASSURED THAT YOUR PARTS WILL BE PACKAGED APPROPRIATELY, to USPS, UPS & FedEx specifications! We've shipped thousands of packages since our inception in late 1999 and the number of damaged shipments can be counted on two hands with fingers to spare! In the event there is damage, all of our shipments are insured.

If you receive a damaged shipment from The Part Guy, rest assured that we are here to help. This, unfortunately, will require some effort on your part. Please follow these instructions;;

Keep the original box and all packing material for the shipping company's inspection. This is absolutely essential if the claim is to be paid! If you or someone else has discarded the either the box or the material, claims WILL NOT be processed.

Take photos of the box, full and close-up photos of the damaged item and the shipping label and contact us. You can email photos to us by CLICKING HERE! Please include your full name, daytime contact phone number.

Once we have all of the necessary information in order to initiate a claim, we will file and keep you updated.

Different carriers and circumstances will dictate how long and in what method the claim is processed and paid. For example, so carriers will pay the claim in part or full without picking the product up. Other situations may call for the carrier taking possession of the item before initiating partial or full claims. Depending upon the part and our inventory, we may be able to repair or replace the damaged part.
