1969-70 Mopar B-Body Heater Control (Non-A/C)


The fan switch was acid cleaned/dipped & lubricated & tested to function correctly. 
NEW decals were installed on the knobs.
The chrome bezel was cleaned.  The indicator tab was painted, including silver edges and white lettering.
Correct for 1969-70 Mopar B-Body cars with factory non-a/c heat, but can also be used for 1968 models.
There are two versions of this condrol; one like this one and another one that has a light illumination bar.

 
 
 
1971-72 Mopar B-Body Air Conditioning & Heater Control

The fan and master/vacuum switches were acid cleaned/dipped & lubricated & tested to function correctly. 
A NEW lens was been installed and the knobs were cleaned & buffed out.

TECH NOTE - Manual cable controlled temperature (like this one) will use a cable to control temperature, as opposed to a two-port vacuum switch.

 
1971-72 Mopar B-Body Air Conditioning & Heater Control

The fan and master/vacuum switches were acid cleaned/dipped & lubricated & tested to function correctly. 
A NEW lens & new The Part Guy LLC exclusive billet knobs were installed

TECH NOTE - Vacuum controlled temperature (like this one) will use a two-port vacuum switch, as opposed to a cable to control temperature.

 
1969-70 Mopar C-Body Air-Conditioning Heater Control

The fan, master/vacuum and vacuum temperature switches were acid cleaned/dipped & lubricated & tested to function correctly. 
The lens was cleaned and detailed as needed.  A new light shroud was installed. 
The knobs were cleaned and detailed.


 
1971-73 Mopar C-Body "Strato Vent" Heater Control

The fan/blower and heater vacuum switches were acid cleaned/dipped & lubricated & tested to function correctly. 
The bezel was cleaned and detailed. 
The knobs were buffed to a shine.

 
 
 
1973-82 Mopar D-Series Air Conditioning & Heater Control



 
1981-93 Dodge Ram Air Conditioning & Heater Control

The fan switch and master/vacuum switches were acid cleaned/dipped & lubricated & tested to function correctly. 
A NEW lens & new The Part Guy LLC exclusive billet knobs were installed

EVAPORATOR & HEATER BOXES

 

 

1971-74 Mopar B-Body & 1970-74 Mopar E-Body A/C Evaporator Heater Plenum Box


The entire heater unit has been disassembled, rebuilt & reassembled.
The evaporator was flushed clean, pressure tested at 275psi with Nitrogen while submerged in water.
A
NEW heater core was installed.
All the vacuum actuators were cleaned & tested to function correctly.
The blower resistor has been cleaned, tested.
All the internal foam door seals have been replaced.
The housing was restored and repaired as need.  Ready to install & use.
