auto experience, with over 25 of those years in automotive air conditioning.
We've owned & driven approximately 100 classic cars (currently a 1971 Trans-Am &
a 1968 Firebird convertible) and we are enthusiastic & knowledgeable about the

| The Part Guy is strictly a part-time, online-only operation, worked around our hectic work & family schedules. As a result, we are available exclusively via email. (Except for emergencies.) While we understand that this can be inconvenient for some, it is necessary in order for us to provide a high quality product and keep the promises we make to our customers. We regularly check our emails and typically respond within hours, but no later than 24 hours from the time we receive emails. If this proves insufficient, or in the event of any problems with purchases, we will be glad to call you as soon as we can. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT THIS IS ONLY AS A LAST RESORT! | The Part Guy operates out of Tampa, FL. Because of the part-time, online-only nature of our business, we do not offer local pick-up for parts except for in very rare instances, such as large body panel or engine, complete car or engine purchases. Otherwise, we do ship on a daily basis. |
